- Mandatory registration (identity verification for access to ENS) until March 8, 2024, on the 'Registration' page..

- Abstract submissions for oral presentations or posters must be sent by February 16, 2024, using the 'Abstract submission' page. Only provide the name of the person presenting in Step 2, 'Author(s)'. Include co-authors in the document to be completed and attached in step 3 'File(s).' The document should be submitted in PDF format. Note: If you submit an abstract, ensure you also register on the 'Registration' page.

- The participation fee for full-time employees is 40 euros, while the conference is free for PhD students and postdocs (who must still register). We kindly request payment by cheque, preferably sent in advance to Anja Krieger-Liszkay at DRF/Joliot/SB2SM, Bât. 532, 91191 Gif-sur-Yvette
